I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Standard Chartered Bank (Beijing, Beijing)
Interview
2 easy interviews. The 1st was with HR. Asked basic questions. Also asked me to talk about problem solving in English. The 2nd one was with district manager. Still easy questions. Just asked me to described my previous job responsibilities. About the salary, they like to give you lowball. Remember to negotiate. You might win.
There are 3 interview process, with HR, a over the phone interview and face to face interview with the manager. The process is relatively smooth and pleasant but have to make sure you are well prepared for any questions related to current market.
