Interview
Online application followed by telephonic interviews, face to face interviews and regional selection. Candidates were then pooled into one "final" group of applicants and went through various exercises and further discussions and interviews. Business owners were then invited to interview and assess additional exercises and gave feedback to HR. The final crop of users were then selected and made an offer.

I only did the first round which was a digital video interview. The process was easy and convenient especially given the current circumstances under the lockdown. There was also an option to record your answer a second time.

Interview
A panel interview with technical, behavioural, and company based questions. All three interviewers were friendly and helpful. The line of questioning was fairly difficult, but did not go out of their way to catch you out.
