I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Stampede Presentation Products (Amherst, NY) in Jan 2019
Interview
-Received an email to schedule a telephone interview with HR representative.
-Scheduled an initial 15 minute call using an online system. Real easy to use and sent me a confirmation email with the date and time and then another reminder email the morning of the interview.
-After the interview, I was asked to complete an online personality test. This was short and the results were emailed to me.
-Then I had an in person interview with the same HR person.
-Completed an IQ test and a warehouse test.
-Then had back to back in person interview with the warehouse manager and operations manager.
-Was told that they would get back to me once a decision had been made and if I did not hear from them within a week that I could access the HR calendar directly to schedule a follow up call. This was real easy to use and saved on having to leave messages or guess what was going on.
-Final interview was an in person interview with the president of the company.

Interview
Stampede Presentation Products has been looking for a Corporate Attorney since 2016 and, as far as I am aware, has yet to ever hire anyone.
I applied for the Corporate Counsel position at Stampede in the spring of 2018 through the company's website. The application was relatively straightforward - employment history, education, salary requirements.
Several days after applying for the position, I received an e-mail from Stampede directing me to schedule myself for a teleconference with a representative from Stampede's HR Department through the representative's Calendly.com profile.
I schedule the teleconference as directed with the understanding that the HR representative will initiate the call.
On the day of the teleconference, the HR representative never calls.
Twenty (20) minutes after the interview was suppose to start, I receive an e-mail from the HR representative stating that she "tried to call me, but could not get though", then directed me to call her at my convenience. My phone was working and I did not receive any calls during the scheduled interview time.
I immediately called Stampede, but my call was immediately dumped into the HR representative's voicemail. I left a voicemail, but then called Stampede back, hoping that the company's operator could help me locate the HR representative. When I reached the operator, I explained the situation, but was hold that this particular HR representative frequently schedules telephone interviews with applicants; fails to call the applicants, then dodges the applicants' calls. The operator apologized for the inconvenience and then directed my call to the HR representative's voicemail.
I leave a second voicemail and send an e-mail in hopes of rescheduling the interview.
The HR representative NEVER responded to any of my voicemails or e-mails, until FOUR (4) MONTHS later when I receive a generic rejection e-mail stating that the company has decided to "go in a different direction."
In January 2019, Stampede reposted the Corporate Counsel position.
I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Stampede Presentation Products (Amherst, NY) in Mar 2018
Interview
I applied at Stamped because they had a opportunity for the students. The thing that make me feel bad on this company is, I do feel they rule an equal opportunity. I never get anything back from them, even "Yes" you get the opportunity or "No", and it been more than two month. Maybe is because?? I do not know.
