- panel of peer and hiring manager
- panel of two more peers in adjacent product roles
- panel of two more peers in adjacent marketing roles

Went through two rounds of interviews and a project. Was told verbally that I would be moving onto the next round and then was ghosted. Tried following up with the recruiter 2-3 times after with no response.
