I had two interviews. One with HR and then with my direct supervisor. The one with HR was a bit confusing and kind of like "survival of the fittest"; it was a group interview and was just a tad nerve wrecking. The one with my direct supervisor was extremely down to earth and like a conversation. The best interview I've ever had in my life!
