Phone interview followed by 1-hour in-person interview with four people. Giving this a "thumbs down" because they never informed me that I did not get the job, but I assumed as much after waiting a month. It's extremely rude to interview someone and never contact them again. Makes me suspect they would not have treated me well as an employee, either.
