St. Luke's Behavioral Health interview questions

The hiring nurse manager asked me various job related questions and asked me to tell her about myself. As far as job related questions, I was asked about my experience in the psyche field, working with traumatized youths, and those with substance abuse issues. I was also asked how I cope with stress and how well I work with a team. I gave examples. They also asked why I was interested in working as a BHT and if I was pursuing further education in the field.
