Interview
I was called by the manager and asked to come in the day of for an interview. I went in the day after and could see he was interviewing two other girls. The interview was quick (less than 10 minutes) and he asked general questions. He was straight to the point and asked questions like "are you okay with _____?".
I felt like the interview was more of to see how you looked (as appearances are important for this job) and little about previous experience.

Interview
The manager was rude and immediately decided I would not be a good fit, before asking me any questions. He told I hadn’t worked in an environment like this before, and didn’t believe me when I said I was hosting from age bar since age 16-19. He said “I already can tell you don’t know anything about bar so I won’t ask any questions”. I don’t know why I was treated like this.

First you have to submit resume in person to manager on shift. then someone, either the hiring manager of bartender will have a one-on-one interview
