The hiring process is easy and quick. They are trying to fill spots in certain units that have VERY high turnover such as telemetry and med-surg. The Orientation period is rushed in order to fill gaps in staffing.

Interview
Interviewed with HR first then had an interview with the floor manager right after. Manager was nice enough to show the unit and introduce staffs on the floor. When I left, I was told that it would take one-two weeks to get a update. HR called the next day to offer a position.
