Hiring process takes a while and may require a phone call to HR to make sure they are looking into your application otherwise could sit for months. An employee referral or knowing someone that works there can speed things along. Office is hard to find as well. There is a pretest you take with no warning that is timed. It is basic math questions and doesn't hinder your job opportunity if you don't finish it.

Pretty generic type interview, they do not do anything special during this interview. Have to watch a movie about the Home, and one must take a test. Even though you are suppose to get so many right, there are plenty of incompetent people who work there so it isnt hard to get into.
