At the end I got high recommendation, but the position was filled by internal employee (which I suspected would have happened because of internal info) Applied for Senior Python Dev with Django. I had limited experience with Django in the past, but worked extensively with other frameworks. The tech interviewer had that in mind and asked some conceptual questions instead of specific ones in terms of Django. Two stage process: 1. Soft phone screen with HR. It was scheduled to 30 minutes, but we had a great conversation and it took 1h in total. 2. Technical skills assessment with elements of live coding. Live coding was a simple palindrome checking. 1h-1.5h Overall very positive experience and would definitely accept the offer if the position hadn't been closed
