Interview
I applied to the team based in Seattle. The interview was not difficult so much as it was poorly organized. They put the skill test, the most time-consuming aspect of the interview at the beginning, so you have to spend hours working on that before talking to anyone who would actually be involved in your hiring decision. Every person I spoke to gave me a completely different description of the job and the skills and qualities they were looking for. One of the hiring managers seemed genuinely baffled when I asked her what the organization’s values were, which is one of the most basic questions a candidate can ask.
Ultimately they rejected me after 5 rounds of interviews because I “didn’t have enough experience.” I’m not sure why it took them 5 rounds of interviews to determine I lacked experience. I understand lengthy interview processes are the norm at top tier management consulting firms, but for an entry level communications consultant position with a $50K salary, the process is absolutely overkill. I wouldn’t recommend applying here unless you want to waste 5+ hours of your life talking to people who clearly don’t respect you.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spur Reply (Malvern, PA) in Feb 2026
Interview
4 Stages
HR Screening - 30 min
Department Manager Call - 30 min
Timed Practical Assessment & Interview - 2.5 hours
Culture Call with HR from parent company - 15 minutes
Overall pretty straight forward. I appreciated that their practice exercise was time constrained so expectations were realistic on how much could actually be accomplished in the time

Question 1
STAR Questions. Time you made a mistake, how you solve problems, etc
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Spur Reply (Bengaluru) in Jan 2022
Interview
it was too good. 5-round process: recruiter call, technical screen, virtual onsite interviews. Challenging algorithms. Structured feedback after each round. 4 weeks total. Professional experience overall. The initial phone screening with HR was efficient and focused on my background and salary expectations. The technical assessment, though challenging, allowed me to demonstrate my problem-solving skills through real-world scenarios. During the panel interview, three team members asked insightful questions about my past projects and how I handle difficult situations. The office tour and informal chat with potential teammates gave me a good sense of the company culture and work environment. The final discussion with the hiring manager covered growth opportunities and next steps, though I'm still waiting for feedback on my candidacy
