I applied through my college as this was specifically campus recruiting. I recently had in interview and was incredibly disappointed by the recruiter's lack of professionalism and courtesy. From the start to the end of the call she sighed every time I even began to answer a question, and overall had a negative and judgmental demeanor and attitude. I have never experienced a recruiter this rude and disrespectful, not only was I personally offended but I feel second hand embarrassment for this company and their image. Basic respect is fundamental during the recruitment process from applicant to recruiter. I rescinded my application by the end of the interview from the horrible interaction and waste of my time. I may be just one out of many applicants, but you have also lost a customer and I will be telling those around me I don't recommend working for this company thanks to this interaction. I let it slide that she made this a last minute call which says a lot about her respect for my time, but this interview itself made it seem like she was going out of her way to try to make me dislike this company. I hope that this feedback is taken both seriously and constructively.
