I can't speak highly enough about Sprout's hiring process, all thanks to their awesome recruiting team. They truly excel in keeping you well-informed every step of the way! Special shout-outs to Zach and Rejoice for their amazing support! My initial contact with Zach happened through LinkedIn, and though the job he initially recommended didn't work out despite reaching the final interview stage (presentation), Zach and the team saw potential in me for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) role. Just two days after the setback, Zach connected me with the recruiter for the CSM position, Rejoice. Working with Rejoice was another fantastic experience. She scheduled a call to guide me through the presentation prompt and offered recommendations. The end result? I received the job offer and gladly accepted it! The swiftness of my decision was greatly influenced by the team's transparency throughout the interview process. They patiently answered all my questions and even provided constructive feedback, highlighting the great culture at Sprout. Their willingness to consider me for a different position that better suited my skills truly reflects their commitment to valuing the right people for the company.

Tell us about your work background and current role. How do you stay Organized? How would you re-engage a client who is not answering emails and won't schedule a meeting?
My first screening interview was with a lively, engaged recruiter who asked great questions and made me feel exceptionally welcome and excited about the opportunity. Unfortunately my second interview with the hiring manager was extremely impersonal, to the point where I questioned if the hiring manager on screen was actually AI. They did not take any time to get to know me, read questions off to me rapid-fire like they were being launched from a cannon, and did not ask any follow-up questions nor engage in any conversation. Obviously, I was not selected to move forward nor would I have enjoyed working in such an environment. Please have some humanity in the workforce!

Process took about 3 rounds plus a take home assignment. I applied online and then spoke with a recruiter, then the hiring manager, take home assignment, and then ended with a presentation style panel interview. Total time took almost a month.

The process was really long, by the end I interviewed with six people. It was also very drawn out considering each meeting was 30 minutes except for the panel interview.
