I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Sprinklr (New York, NY) in Oct 2017
Interview
The recruiter, reached out to me via LinkedIn and we set up a call for a few days later on Wednesday. The conversation went well. She did a great job of explaining the business, the role and the team. Due to their negative rating trend on Glassdoor, I asked specifically about how the rating was handled and the company impact and stressed I was still very much interested. I was told the CEO was more transparent and made himself available to listen to the employeess. The recruiter indicated she would be following up with the hiring manager and I'd hear back about next steps by the end of the week. Well that week came and went so I sent a follow up email. That was ignored. I sent another follow up email the following Friday saying I appreciated their time and consideration, but I could tell I was no longer being considered. If this is the way HR treats applicants they pursued, especially those that could be on their team, I can see this company and culture aren't a fit for me.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Sprinklr (New York, NY) in Dec 2019
Interview
The interview process at Sprinklr has completely changed my view of the company as a whole. I had a series of interviews ranging from a phone screen with the recruiter, then a phone screen with the hiring manager. To follow, a 3 hour onsite (met with 5 folks), and lastly, 2 more video conference calls and lunch with the manager. I was told that I was a perfect fit for the job and received such uplifting feedback during the interviews. It felt like the right job for me, I was so excited. After a few weeks of not hearing anything, I contacted the recruiter for an update and was told I would hear back soon. I followed up several times, and still nothing. It has been over 2 months since my interviews and still crickets... I am extremely disappointed after I invested so much time (while taking time off from my full time job) into a long and vigorous process and have never been mistreated like this as a candidate. Coming from recruiting and HR, this is completely unacceptable. The candidate process needs to be thoroughly re-evaluated.
