Interview
About twenty minutes outside at a picnic table. Very laid back and they really just want to feel what kind of an employee you are (dedicated, motivated, etc). The three beach heads will ask you various questions regarding experience and how you would plan to contribute to the beach. They wore beach attire, but it cannot hurt to wear a tie (probably would leave the jacket at home though).
