It took a few weeks to receive a call from a recruiter after applying, but after that, the interview process was really fast. I had three 30+ minute virtual interviews in the span of a week. They were all pretty easy and straightforward, the interviewers literally just read off a list of preset questions regarding customer service and working with a team. Had some whiplash when after all of that I didn't get an offer. They said I was in the"top tier" of candidates, idk if that really means anything now.

Interview
After three interviews with the hiring manager and a current employee (interview process was about 2 weeks). I sent 2 follow up emails after the last interview but received no replies. I was abruptly rejected without explanation two weeks later. This process felt incredibly inefficient and disrespectful of everyone's time. (The total process was 4 weeks)
