Interviewed for two different jobs in one year and both times had the same results. Processes took many months. Both instances there were many rounds of interviews. After the final round you are asked to do a very long timed project for free. You then sit and wait for weeks to hear back. Your references are then reached out to. Ultimately you are rejected because they hire from within. A total waste of time and effort to interview here if you are an external candidate.
