I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at SportRx in Aug 2024
Interview
Like these other reviews say "they are nice to you, until they are not." I had 2 interviews. After BOTH I was told to simply "check my email" a week after the interview, I am still here over a month and a half later with no response. I have emailed them both back asking for a response, however, they are unable to send me a 1 sentence email back saying I didn't get the role. I spent a very long time interview prepping for this role, but this company does not have the common decency to respect my time. I'm glad I didn't get this job, couldn't imagine the disrespect actually being in this type of company if this is the standard.
SportRx has a great idea on their hands, but with poor management and culture and the inability to treat people with respect, they will never be what Blenders is becoming in this local market.
3 rounds were announced, made it through 2 of them. First with HR, second with CTO, third was supposed to be the CEO. Mixed use of Microsoft Teams and Zoom
