      Anonymous employee
      London, England
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through other source. I interviewed at SportPursuit (London, England)

      Interview

      - A circa 20 minute presentation that usually involves the applicant identifying and explaining commercial opportunities for the category that they're applying for. This is followed by circa 10 minutes of questioning about your presentation. - A circa 30 minute interview in a usual question/answer format, focusing primarily on: general commercial understanding; some logic based questions; why you want the job; and why you're right for the job. - Circa 15 minutes of pitching as if you're a Category Manager in the role. - A quick excel test, usually involving some fairly basic formula demonstration eg lookups, sumifs etc.
