I had applied for a Full Stack developer position through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I had 2 telephonic interviews in November 2017.
The procedure was very simple. After applying for the position, I got a call from the organization and the Round 1 interview was scheduled around 2 days later.
Round 1 was all about frontend, which went for around 40 minutes
In the evening, I got a call that I have cleared Round 1 and Round 2(Final round) has been scheduled very next day.
Round 2 was all about backend, which went on for around 30mins
