I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spontaneous Order (Berlin) in May 2016
Interview
The job interview happened in the form of a Skype Interview. I sent in my applications (Cover Letter, CV) and received a reply in a couple of days with two dates and time to choose from for the Skype Interview. On the date of the interview a request was sent via skype, accepted, shortly a video call followed. He was very nice and friendly, interview lasted around 15 minutes.
