Initial screening call with the marketing manager discussing CV and experience and the job in more detail, any questions etc. Went very well, seemed to be positive etc. Day later, onto the next round, which was 3 tests. Yes, 3. Firstly, attention to detail, secondly, DISC personality test, thirdly, mental agility. Passed all of those. Next stage, interview/chat with team member. Went extremely well, things were very positive and was alluded to the fact I'd be through to the final round. One hour later: email from the marketing manager stating that they really liked my experience, skillset and got on etc etc etc, BUT wanted someone with more experience being part of a team...I have been part of marketing teams since 2013. My current role is the only one I am solo. End.
