A very long and tedious hiring process, compiled of a technical test and 2 interviews, one with HR and one with your direct manager. the Test is a personality test which is conducted on a computer, the interview with the HR is very general , unlike the personal manager who asks more concrete questions and is actually the one that is hiring you.
