The whole process can be divided into three stages: 1. A call with the COO, where I was introduced to the company and the tasks I would be working on. 2. A call with the design team, during which I shared more details about my experience and showcased my portfolio. 3. A call with the CEO, where we both had the opportunity to get to know each other on a personal level.
