Interview
I was scheduled to interview with this company on March 18th at 2:30pm. I waited until 3:15pm and never received a phone call. Concerned it was my mistake I looked at the text for contact information and there was none. I checked my email and still nothing. I looked for means of contacting their office and it only gave me the option to file a complaint. A company should at the very least send emails to candidates letting them know of possible reschedule due to complications or leave a means of contact for follow up. I will not be re-applying.

First round was on the phone. Second round in person. Haven't heard back yet, but it was just today. So i am still waiting to hear back. They were very friendly actually. So just waiting to hear back.

Experience with difficult customer and how you resolved it
It was great. Easy. Jsut asked a few questions like what would I do if an angry customer calls and have I ever worked somewhere where another employee and I disagreed on something and how did we resolve it.
It was smooth and you know if they like you on the spot so right after interview you get the ball rolling on paper work ro start training.All just be polite and answer the questions.
