First there was a phone interview, then schedule a in person interview. The face to face interview was with two different managers. They described the nature of their business and the job description.

Pleasant overall extremely long process, around 3 hours total. Had to meet with each level of management question often repeated. Group interview is nice at end but can be overwhelming depending on the size of the group.
