The complete process takes about a month but they can not explain the comission structure. Going into the store does not really help. It was a phone interview with the district manager.

Go on zoom ask a few questions. Super easy to take care of then call you in person for second round. Hours are terrible tho. Pay is not bad but I’m not willing to work till 10pm

The interview was pretty standard. They asked questions about your retail sales experience and problem solving skills. They just wanted to know how well you worked with customers. It wasn't a bad interview
