I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spectrum (New York, NY)
Interview
I applied and got an email to schedule a virtual interview right away. Interview was rough because whatever program they use to do the virtual interview with wasn't working correctly so I could barely hear the lady who was interviewing. I tried turning up the volume, using a headset, and having her turn up her volume, did not work. I did the best I could with the volume. She didn't even try speaking up. Interview went as good as could be expected. Just asked a bunch of situation scenario questions. She said she would contact me by the following Monday (it was Wednesday). Monday came and went. I waited a few extra days and emailed her back. Nothing. Two weeks later, I got an email saying I didn't get the position.

Tell me about a time a customer was being difficult. What did you do?
Go on zoom ask a few questions. Super easy to take care of then call you in person for second round. Hours are terrible tho. Pay is not bad but I’m not willing to work till 10pm

Interview
The interview was pretty standard. They asked questions about your retail sales experience and problem solving skills. They just wanted to know how well you worked with customers. It wasn't a bad interview

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Spectrum (Cincinnati, OH) in Jan 2024
Interview
Quick phone interview. Established expectations and quotas. Sounded like a lot of churn and burn. Expectations were high and didn’t sound like much training was provided. Was hoping for a work from
Home opportunity but it was an in office position
