There was a single round of technical interview with a panel of Technical Architect, Senior developers. The interview was for a contracting position for about 1 hour. The interview was pretty good.

1) How do you enforce user permissions /security while triggering the piece of code shown?
2) A piece of code was shown where DML statement was written within a for loop. Asked what is wrong with the code?

Interview
I was hired for a contract Salesforce Developer role. It was one round of an hour long interview. The panel included developers, architect and manager. Vendor shortlisted my resume and got an interview within a week of shortlisting.

2) Apex best practices.
3) Sample governor limits
4) A piece of trigger code was shown that was throwing 101 SOQL limit error. And was asked to solve it.
