Had an initial phone interview with internal recruiter. Then had phone interview with hiring manager and hiring manager's boss. I didn't hear back from Charter after a week and was also in consideration for another position at the company through an external recruiter so I emailed the internal recruiter to get an update and advise on how to proceed. Absolutely no reply! Super unprofessional to not even reply back saying, "I don't know, I'll get back to you as soon as possible." First time I've been ghosted by an internal recruiter. Also, clearly the different departments have their own hiring process and do not communicate with each other. Not a good reflection of the company's organizational structure.
