I applied online. I interviewed at Spectrum (Reno, NV) in Oct 2018
Interview
In over 20 years being interviewed and conducting interviews. The interview experience I had with Charter Spectrum field tech supervisors was by far the worst. Asking questions that were irrelevant, poorly frased and flat out useless. Unprofessional comments and questions made about my resume. There was an obvious bias an issue towards me because my education and experience far exceeded there's. Very unfortunate that Spectrum employees insecure weak management who runs off anyone with a better education and more experience.

The process was easy to apply and the interview process was easy as well as the staff being friendly. Dress business casual and have your resume with you and be ready to answer any questions they ask.
