Slow and inefficient...after interview start date isn't for 1.5 months. Wrong pat quotes so the process took even longer. My background has not been cleared. It's in review but no one can tell me why or how long it will be there.
Reached out to join job fair, a quick screening with a person on the phone who asked briefly about my work history and then directed to individual interviews at an on site location

Tell me about a difficult customer interaction, how did you handle it
It was very informational, and I felt very comfortable during the interview. There were a lot of scenario questions, I am a fan of those, as well as logistical questions. Overall it was probably one of the best interviews I’ve ever had, it felt more like conversation,
Process was short - interviewer was late and mentioned it did not come onto calendar until moments earlier. Entered a small break away room and proceeded with the interview.
