Interview
The interview itself was just your standard behavior interview questions. Unfortunately, the person interviewing me was unprofessional and had priorities. Several times during the interview her personal phone rang, and she took the time to reply back via text message while I was in the middle of answering a question. But wait, there's more. She even took the time to check her email several times and consume an entire bag of chips during the interview. Very unprofessional, and disrespectful.

Describe a time when you received negative feedback?
talk with recruiter about previous work experience and why you want to work here. recruiter asks about schedule and if you can accommodate that. very easy interview, not much was asked. apparently now, they do require another interview step with the store manager
Assessment. Video interview. Process has been fairly easy and smooth. Interview questions are pretty standard for sales positions. Everyone has been very helpful with any questions I’ve had. The only complaint I have is the time length between filling out the application and getting a call for an interview. It was so long I actually had even forgotten about applying.

Easy basic question about you and past job experience, and was offered job on the spot right after interview. Interviewer was nice and so far I've enjoyed my experience with the company.
