I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Specter
Interview
After a short intro interview where they talked about the company and I talked about my previous experience, I was given a take-home task.
This task was excessively long, and my submission was rejected for reasons that, according to their own feedback, "the focus definitely wasn't on this." If certain aspects are critical to the evaluation, they should be clearly outlined in the task specification.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Specter (Seoul) in Sep 2024
Interview
coffee chat, interview 1st with hiring manager, interview 2nd with CEO, CPO. very smooth, fast, but Specter own reference platform though, reference check was in the 1st stage. question was different using mobile. easy, not only yes or no. and I can see you ex-cowork's feedback for me. very meaningful.
