Scheduled a phone interview, they never called. Next day they email me saying how great my interview was and they want to move me on to the next stage. What a mess.

Smooth. Know your subject matter and be personable. The interview(s) took anywhere from 30 mins to an hour. There were 3 interviews total. The last interview was a panel format.

Interview
The interviewing process from an initial phone call to the regional manager to a panel interview is smooth. Until the scheduled phone follow-up after the interview. I was promised to call and I wait all day. I even sent messages to remind them and got promised to get called again. Finally, they just left me silent. That is fortunate for me to realize that this organization is unprofessional and does not value people's time.
