Interview
Initial interview followed by extensive second interview. I was required to submit a strategic plan and present that plan. I spent several days working on the project. They took my work (got free labor) and ghosted me after that second interview.
There were four rounds of interview. The first with the person who'd be my direct manager, then a panel interview, then a round with HR and again with my direct manager. It was quite a long process with a good amount of time in between some of them.
There was an initial interview with the hiring manager and then second round interview with 5-6 members of the team. Told there would be a third interview with the two final candidates and the hiring manager again, but not communication was provided after second interview other than still "waiting for HR to review candidate information" 6 weeks after the interview.
