Three interviews and a temporary trial day is a bit excessive for an hourly wage job, but the process goes by quickly. Personality seems to be the most important aspect.

Had me waiting twenty minutes so that they could write down the interview questions. Asked me a bunch of situational questions that had nothing to do with the job. It was way too long and too many questions for minimum wage.

Interview
The interview begin with a phone screening, and moved forward with an in person interview at the location. Had an in person conversation and followed by shadowing one of the personel. There was a chance given to ask questions.
