No class company.
Got through phone interviews and took a day to travel to their office for onsite interviews. Didn’t get the job - ok. But instead of extending the minimum courtesy of a personalized letter, let alone a phone call, I got a generic LinkedIn template rejection email. Seriously!?
This tells a lot about the kind of people running the company and their attitude towards candidates, and by extension how you can expect to be treated if you are ever hired.
