Spartan Surfaces interview questions

Simple and easy. Met with HR manager first, then manager from department I was applying for. After not being selected, name was kept for future opportunities. Ended up getting another interview for another department and was offered the position. Pay came in a bit under what I needed ,but I accepted anyway to see where I could take the opportunity.
