I've applied from an agency. Initial Phone screening - talking on the current position and experience. On site technical interview - 2 parts: 1. JS core questions - medium difficulty. 2. Design the Slack web app - medium difficulty. Hiring manager interview. People and culture interview. All in all it took about 4.5 hours.
