Spaghetti Warehouse interview questions

Less of an interview and more of asking availability and experience only. They were needing someone quickly. I was referred by a manager at the time so I pretty much was given the job

This is your typical restaurant gig, and the interview process reflects that. I met with the assistant manager to discuss my experience (I had none relevant), hobbies, availability, etc. From there I followed up moments later with the GM, who reviewed the typical hours and expectations. I was hired the next day.
