I had two interviews on the phone for two different positions. Depending on the hiring manager, your interview process will differ. One was mainly interested in technical questions and didn't care about what you had on your resume and the other focused entirely on resume and asked more relevant technical questions.

Interview
The interviewer went through my resume line by line and asked really specific questions on each item, especially about signals, buses, ICs, and other projects. No behavioral questions at all.

Tell me more about the lab equipment you have experience using and when you and how you used them for testing.
I had one introductory/technical interview over the phone. I was asked about past engineering projects and my previous internship. Some basic electrical engineering questions. Did not progress past this stage.
