Southwest Securities interview questions

submitted a resume was called in for an interview. Met with a representative of the company and was asked the standard interview questions. Process was very simple no major anxiety other than the few days it took to hear back. I was offered the position and accepted.

Interview was pretty relaxed, mostly personality questions. Interviewed with 2 senior traders and the managing director of the trading desk. It was somewhat informal so it wasn't as intense as other interviews. They were looking for someone that would fit with the culture of their trading desk.
