The interview was comfortable, fair, and easy to walk through. It was communicated clearly what was expected of me and I in turn was able to ask my own questions for clarification. I really appreciated the time they took.

I applied online. I interviewed at Southwest Conservation Corps
Interview
I applied off of a conservation job board and then interviews about a week later. It was a relatively quick phone call with about three people, and included questions asking about botany and crew dynamics. I was offered the job a few days after.
I applied online. I interviewed at Southwest Conservation Corps (New York, NY) in Apr 2015
Interview
Unique. The interviewer was very thoughtful and understanding, and posed mostly practical situation-based questions. We had a connection right away, and I felt very comfortable right off the bat. Just be ready to be honest and bare your soul a little, the management are very non-judgemental, even for those with a slightly checkered past.
