I had to take a quick technology assessment, and interviewed directly with HR. The department was nice, professional, and welcoming. It was short, sweet, to the point and very customer centric.
I interviewed with HR directly. The HR rep was incredibly nice and welcoming. Professional atmosphere. There was a computer proficiency test of sorts to test some basics in Microsoft office and 10-key typing. Other than that it was pretty straightforward.

The hiring process and interview is quite simple. I applied online then got a call within a week.
I got a phone call interview with basic questions,
Then the following week I spoke to the manager for interview face to face.
Afterwards I was made an offer and began 10 days after confirmation
