Totally unprofessional. The manager was arrogant and made assumptions concerning my knowledge (or what he presumed to be a lack of]. The experience left me feeling quite annoyed and offended. Which is sad, because the group in general is great and offers so much help to the community.

Board interview style. Seemed to have went well until it got to a man who asked me a racist question that caught me off guard, and then he proceeded to be hostile when I did not answer the question to his specifications because that was not something I was going to dignify.

15 people in a room , board members ,CEO, COO, CFO, secretary. Most of questions didn't pertain to job experience or duties. Most of board members seem bored didn't ask questions.
