I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Southern Healthcare Management (Tampa, FL) in May 2016
Interview
I applied for the position a couple of hrs after it was posted online. I was called a day or so later by the DOR and scheduled for the following week. Entire interview lasted about an hour with no tour around the facility .. it wasn't even offered. Nor was a tour of the therapy dept. I was told by the DOR that she would make a decision by Friday and if I wasn't hired, I could always do PRN. That Friday turned into her saying that she would make up her mind by next Friday, etc. A month later, I called HR to see if I had accidentally applied for the same position (the company had a new one online). Not only did that new position NEVER exist, but the one that I had interviewed for had been filled 3 weeks prior. Now why the DOR couldn't have told me (and I'm sure other applicants) the truth is beyond me. I really thought I had nailed it ... I was so confident I turned another position but I guess if you don't get a tour of the place, that should be a sign. I don't like wasting precious moments of my life checking back with someone who told me to check back and there's nothing to check back on. I did text the DOR and said that since the position had been filled last month, I'd still be available for PRN work. No reply; shock, shock.
