You will speak to the recruiter, Sarah first and then you will be scheduled with an interview via Microsoft teams with the department you applied to. The interview process is smooth and usually everyone is nice.

She asked if I would be able to pass a background check and drug test then said I would be hearing from her soon. Interviewed on a Friday, Monday was a holiday, and received a job offer Tuesday pending background check and drug test.
