South West Water interview questions

Telephone interview then in person. Asked normal personality questions and a few random like - who would you bring to a party if you could only bring 3 people? A few about the actual role / company

I had an in-person interview with South West Water (Pennon Group). The interview itself was fairly average, nothing particularly positive or negative about the process on the day. However, I was disappointed with the follow-up. Despite reaching out through the external recruiter, I never received any update after the interview and was simply left without a response. It’s surprising and frankly quite poor behaviour from such a well-known organisation. A simple update, even if unsuccessful, would have been the professional thing to do.
